The
organization shall establish, document, implement, and maintain at all times a
quality management system for all products and servicing provided for use in
the industry. The organization shall measure the effectiveness and improve upon
the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of code and
standard, which is reflect on project specification.
The project specification establishes minimum quality
management system requirements for organizations that manufacture products or
provide manufacturing-related processes under a product specification for use
in any industry. This specification specifies the requirements of a quality
management system for an organization to demonstrate its ability to
consistently provide reliable products and manufacturing-related processes that
meet customer and legal requirements, with the minimum : Design and
Development, Testing, Inspection, Measuring, and Monitoring Equipment.
Above specification (ISO/TS 29001, API Q1, and AACE)
only the example of code and standard of one of the industry in Indonesia, but
all the requirement and clause able to implement in all manufacture, vendor,
and industry in the world. The putting of international standard only to
description of supported of implement quality management in industry (whatever,
whoever, and whenever).

who IS the instructors ?
Ir. Untung Budi
He has 20
years’ experience in offshore/ onshore oil and gas. He has a certified on
welding inspector, NDT level II, and also certified as ISO auditor. His
extensive experience includes project management as QA/QC Supervisor for project
quality on EPCI Contract. He is well-versed with international codes/ standards
and specifications such as API, NFPA, ASME, NACE, AWS, DNV, ANSI, ASTM, etc.
His broad client experience includes work executed for : Pertamina
EP, Kangean Energy Indonesia (KEI), , BV., Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI),
PGN, PLN, Exxon Mobil, HESS, Husky CNOOC
Madura Ltd. (HCML), Premier Oil Natuna Sea, BV., TOTAL Indonesie, Pertamina
Hulu Energi ONWJ, Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO,
